What if I'm not able to attend and need to cancel?
You may cancel up to ten (10) days prior to the seminar and receive a full refund, less a $40 service charge. Cancellations received less than ten (10) days prior to the seminar are not refundable and are subject to the entire seminar fee. However, you may apply the registration fee towards a future seminar. Cancellations can be made online by clicking on your confirmation email and changing your registration through RegOnline (Active Network). Or send us an email and let us know that you won't be able to attend.

Can I substitute someone else in my place?
Yes, if for any reason you cannot attend, you can subtitute another person in your place by clicking on your confirmation email and changing your registration through RegOnline (Active Network). Or send us an email and let us know the name of the person who will be taking your place.

How can I pay for the seminar?
Registration is online at: www.gpstraining.biz. Payment can be made by credit card, purchase order or check.

What is your Privacy Policy?
Government Procurement Services is committed to protecting your personal information. We do not sell, distribute or give out any of our customer's information. Credit card processing is through RegOnline (Active Network). They maintain a 100% Hacker-Safe and Payment Card Industry (PCI) Level 1 Compliant data storage environment. This is the same level of security used by the U.S. military and major banks. In addition, security checks are conducted automatically on all stored data and data facilities 3,000 times every single day.

Do you offer discounts for groups?
Yes, when five (5) or more people register for a workshop, a discount of 10% is applied to all registrants. The group discount option is available when registering online.

What if I want to have on-site training?
For groups of eight (8) or more, it may be more cost effective for you to schedule a seminar at your facility. Contact us for a price quote for on-site training.

Will I receive a Certificate of Completion?
Yes, at the completion of the workshop, certificates of completion are distributed to all participants.

Will I receive Continuing Education Hours for these workshops?
Yes, workshop attendance is good towards continuing education hours for your professional certifications including those issued by the State of Texas (CPA-TPASS), National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP), the Institute of Supply Management (ISM) and the Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO).
