What if I’m not able to attend and need to cancel?
You may cancel up to ten (10) days prior to the class and receive a full refund, less a $50 service charge. Cancellations received less than ten (10) days prior to the class are not refundable and are subject to the entire registration fee. However, you may apply the registration fee towards a future class. Contact info@gpstraining.biz if cancellation is necessary.

Can I substitute someone else in my place?
Yes, if for any reason you cannot attend, you can substitute another person in your place by contacting info@gpstraining.biz.

Do you offer discounts for groups?
Yes, when 5-9 people register for the same class, a 15% discount is available. A 20% discount is available for groups of 10 or more. Contact info@gpstraining.biz to obtain a group discount code.

What if I want to have on-site training?
It may be more cost-effective for you to schedule a class at your facility. Contact us for a price quote for on-site training.

Will I receive a Certificate of Completion?
Yes, at class completion certificates are distributed to all participants.

Will I receive Continuing Education Hours for these workshops?
Yes, participants earn continuing education hours for procurement and contract management certifications including the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council (UPPCC), the Institute for Supply Management (ISM), National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) and the Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO) ID#346.
